So, this rather amazing Japanese customer service moment just happened:
A package delivery guy stopped by Mana’s place in Japan and accidentally let the dog out. He apologized profusely, and then offered to take the dog for a walk to make up for it.
Mana said, “Okay,” so THE DELIVERY GUY IS OUT WALKING THEIR DOG RIGHT NOW.
And I’m just standing here watching with my mouth open.
